*Update: I wrote to the email address in the response from the store manager but no one reached out to us. Our experience was mixed with good and bad. Donnette was very kind and helpful. The quality of the cabinets are good and they arrived on time. But the installer they assigned us (Adyan from KLM Improvement) was irresponsible and VERY bad at communicating. I had reached out to multiple cabinet stores not one responded but manager of cabinets to go in new Rochelle store in n.j. . Not only did he respond so quickly I had cabinets from another store picked out and dimensions he said screen shot them within 30 minutes had me a quote. Excellent customer service.
