Mary was awesome to work with at Cabinets To Go, Raleigh. She listened, offered suggestions and provided us with choices and layouts. She was patient and always professional. She kept us in the communication loop. The installation team, Bryan and Rusty, were awesome. They had attention to detail and cleaned the space each day before leaving!

Good cabinets; horrible service. Ordered my customers cabinets before Thanksgiving. An agreed upon delivery of December 5 was established for me to pick them up at their store. After giving them the benefit of the doubt, I waited until December 10 to walk back into the storefront to ask where my cabinets were. Sales associate tells me the cabinets are set for delivery early to mid January of next year! I had a terrible experience at Cabinets To Go -Raleigh. This store does not resolve customers issues effectively. My kitchen was designed to my specifications by the salesperson, however, I changed my mind and decided to just incorporate two changes. A new estimate was sent via email, however; I was unable to view the estimate unless I signed first and I wasn't going to do this. Our project with Cabinets To Go was a nightmare. It seemed like a straight forward process, but their team is incompetent. We selected all the items we wanted in the store room, but they lost our selections so we had to redo that whole process. The delivery of our cabinet & countertop was delayed by weeks. The items were finally delivered, but they sent the wrong countertop, so we had to send it back. I've been waiting for a refund for weeks - still haven't received it. If you have the time and patience to be the project manager in your kitchen redesign then Cabinets To Go may be good, but if you are busy or are older go somewhere else! I was so frustrated with the manager of the store and the installer. They constantly pointed fingers at each other when parts were not ordered and the measurements were wrong which resulted in many wasted weeks. There was a total lack of communication with the granite installation company as well. A job that started in early February 2025 was completed today... read more
