Mary Drum was very helpful, she gave us input and options that we had not even considered. She worked well on the design options with us to reach the perfect design.
Called to see if they would come out to measure. I was told, you need to come into the showroom first to see what we have to offer. I made an appointment. When I got there, John started working with us. He asked for our full kitchen measurements. I said, we weren't told we needed to bring that. We were told to come in first and then someone would come measure. He was rude, telling us he had nothing to go on and why didn't we have pictures and a layout. I pulled up the pictures off Redfin.
