I worked with designer, Mitch Cowl, and he was amazing. He was super patient with me and adjusted my plans multiple times. I probably emailed Mitch back and forth about 50+ times. The cabinet installer, Aaron, was also great. We used Cabinets to Go for our kitchen, master bathroom, and half bathroom cabinets and countertops. The cabinets and countertops look stunning! I'm so grateful I found this place, and got to work with such a good team.
I originally gave Cabinets2Go five stars because the first day of service was excellent. After that everything went downhill quickly. The communication was horrible, the pricing kept changing, and nothing was consistent. I would not recommend them to anyone. It was the worst experience and I strongly advise against using them. Take my word for it and do not waste your money or time. Just do not go.

My countertop purchase was horrible….I checked the box to view slab before fabrication and they failed to call me. They cut it then called me and told me it was ready. When I told them I had checked the box to see the slab first and even had the sales person make a notation in the computer, they more or less said too bad.
