Sacramento Store Sales associate was Gwen W. This place doesn't honor their advertising, horrible service, empty promises. Gwen put all of measurements for cabinets and counter tops in the computer. Over 25K. The cabinets were perfect. The counter tops are a mess. She said she put the counter top measurements in correctly but the "program" messed up and now there is a $5,000 additional cost they expect us to pay for their mistake.
