Steve was absolutely amazing. He came to check the measurements of the kitchen and bathroom. He knows his stuff. He went over the measurements several times to check for accuracy and made sure I understood all of the reasons for the changes and modifications he made.
Caroline was very helpful and great to work with.
I put their cabinets in an ordered a walnut butcher block for the counter top. When the installation was complete, I tried to seal the walnut with polyurethane. By the way, I am an experienced woodworker and furniture refinisher. There was a reaction with the glue used in the butcher block that caused clouding and sticky finish. I contacted General Finishes (a product I have used for years) who made the polyurethane and was told there was a problem with the glue used in the counter top. We really like Cabinets to Go. The product is very well priced, more durable than I think people give credit for, and the process is easy. Also, the warranty is well worth it too. We just made our second CTG purchase and are excited to have the work done.
