Manager Chris provides excellent Customer Care and Service! It has been a pleasure working with him and his entire staff. They are all patient, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. Grateful to have found them.
To whom it may concern, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided regarding my recent cabinet measurement appointment. I paid $99 to Clackamas Cabinets to Go Oregon for a professional measurement service. However, when the Rose City guys arrived, they informed me that they were not responsible for measuring the countertop quartz. Products are decent and I have used Cabinets to Go in the past and had a good experiences. Albeit, I never saw the customer service side of things since nothing every went south. Cant say the same about my last order. On July 6th, I reached out for an estimate, worked with the staff to place my order, provided my card which was charged the same day, was given an estimated shipment date of July 17th. They have been easy to work with and overall the quality of their product is good. the main reason i'm leaving this review is because of the person who has been assisting us.
