Exceptional customer service from Joe and Shawn at your Johnson City location. So glad your store had reopened and I had the chance to work with such wonderful helpful employees. Joe and Shawn spent alot of time discussing options and cabinet choices with me. I loved that I was able to see cabinet choice with countertop and flooring right in store. They have great product with reasonable prices. Don't be in a hurry when you go there. I have purchased from them twice. I called ahead both times and gave my credit card info both times so they could have the order ready as I have almost a 2 hour drive to get there. The first time I had to wait about 2 hours after I arrived for my order to be pulled. The second time, I made an order for just 2 small parts and still had to wait an hour for the order to be pulled.
This company is a scam. They promise any things to get you in the door. I brought 16 pieces of cabinets, and I ended up with 10 pieces of damaged cabinets. when I contacted the salesman, he refused to provide me the manager's name and phone number. he claimed that he is the manager in the store. Then I asked for the district manager's contact number and he refused to tell me. Finally, I found the manager's phone number by contacting them from a different location.
