Originally came in several months ago and did a rough design with Hope. She was very helpful in coming up with the best design and appliance layout given the space limitations. Used that design to figure out placement of a new window and reconfigured gas line and plumbing. Then after the walls were closed and floor tiles finished, I returned to the store today, finalized the design, and placed the order with Chris. Horrible experience from Jessica Rep sale, she has a bad attitude and made us feel very uncomfortable, she made it look like we were ignorant and she was the kitchen’s cabinet god. Because of her we decided not going forward to purchase our cabinets from this store. You guys will lose a lot of customers because of her.
