The entire process was a trainwreck and clearly, their salespeople care about their commission only and not making anything right or doing a good job by the customer. The cabinet measurements were wrong, we were without our kitchen for over 7 weeks, the company did not respond other than to order the correct size cabinet that had been mis-measured by their installers. Worked with Rob in getting cabinets for a coffee bar adjacent to our kitchen. He drew up the design and ordered the cabinets to the store—super easy throughout the process. He also got me a sizable discount without me asking, which was obviously appreciated. I’d recommend.
