Unfortunately, i having to write this. The team had a number of delays and missed timelines. Brian has made numerous promises and has failed to deliver on any of them with multiple excuses. I would highly recommend not working with this firm due to deliver, install, and product. So, let's add some notes. The corporate office cannot solve any problems, have zero idea who their store managers/regional managers are, and cannot conference/transfer any call. Brian is very helpful! Was great right from the start of our visit! Greeted us at the door as we walked in and was very helpful trying to accommodate our needs for our remodel!
I purchased a closet system from cabinets to go. The Albuquerque dealer took 3 weeks to ship my order to my home. I made three calls to try to expedite shipment. When the order arrived there was damage so I filed a claim. I forwarded the claim to the dealer in Albuquerque, once again I had to follow up and was told they would contact me when they heard something. It has been a month and there has been no response. Do not buy from this dealer, they have horrible customer service.
Your Brian at the office was not interested in what we wanted he was interesting what y’all was doing about hiring a new person not about the customer and over charging us he messed up our order 2 times and brush it off as nothing to us. This has taken. Over a month. And Vanvce is charging is charging us extra. For the installation. Installation was 1950.00 its in the contract and he is charging 2000.00 ?
