When I first went to see product the clerk was extremely helpful. Then my order was taken over by Brian Richards. He has been more than helpful in many ways. Landon is absolutely the best. We had a pipe burst in our kitchen and had to redo it all. We were pretty overwhelmed and he helped us figure it out and come in under budget.
We visited cabinets to go in August place to the order that day paid in full for cabinets and countertops. When the order came in, we were not instructed to contact the installer a for installation appointment which delayed us two weeks due to misinformation from the designer. Once the cabinets were installed, one of the lower cabinets was measured incorrectly and had to be re-ordered delaying the measurement of the countertop.
