We visited cabinets to go in August place to the order that day paid in full for cabinets and countertops. When the order came in, we were not instructed to contact the installer a for installation appointment which delayed us two weeks due to misinformation from the designer. Once the cabinets were installed, one of the lower cabinets was measured incorrectly and had to be re-ordered delaying the measurement of the countertop. Unfortunately, i having to write this. The team had a number of delays and missed timelines. Brian has made numerous promises and has failed to deliver on any of them with multiple excuses. I would highly recommend not working with this firm due to deliver, install, and product. So, let's add some notes. The corporate office cannot solve any problems, have zero idea who their store managers/regional managers are, and cannot conference/transfer any call.
