I have removed what Initially was a 5 star review based on customer service with this time-line of events. This is very disappointing and unacceptable. It’s taken me some time to digest the experience I had with Jeff at Cabinets to Go. What started out as an exciting experience became a costly business relationship of misinformation, misrepresentation and poor customer service. The day Jeff designed our cabinets took two hours, before I needed a lunch break, then another hour before I asked if he could work on designs without us sitting there.
