Very disappointed in their cabinets/warranty. Six months after installation and I have 2 chips that won’t be covered by their warranty according to my builder who remodeled my kitchen and bathroom. I have to spend $280 to replace one cabinet door and I’ll live with the other chip. I had some previous cheap cabinets for over 20 years and this never happened. Alen the store manager was just fantastic, we sat down with him and he truly right off the bat felt like a friend. I started off my emailing him and he was very quick with getting back to me and when I met him in person He was so sweet, he walked us through the whole process and different options, he was extremely patient and sweet. I purchased my kitchen cabinets from this company in 2019, and they told me the product came with a lifetime warranty. A few years later, the cabinet doors started peeling, than after a while cracking, and the wood began to deteriorate. I contacted the company and sent photos, but they claimed this specific type color is no longer available and we cant do anything.” This is nothing but an excuse to avoid responsibility.
