Our experience was exceptional from the time we met Michael at the Home Show to working with David Bos in the store to design and order our cabinets! Great pricing, quality product and exceptional customer service from the whole staff in store. No high pressure sales just genuine care for the customers needs!
We haven’t received or cabinets yet - but the selection and order process was great! We have installed cabinets before, so we spoke a similar language and have knowledge of the process. Michael and Joel guided us thru the selection process by explaining the key points of design, cabinet balance and lighting. We visited the Spokane store, where we received excellent service, which continued over the phone as we decided on an exact layout for our new kitchen. Michael stayed in contact with us, responding to our questions and needs. And to top that off, the prices couldn't be beat.
