We purchased kitchen cabinets from Cabinets to Go in September, 2023 through a designer. We were provided with an Estimate but not a final Sales Order/Receipt by the company or the designer. The cabinets were shipped to our home, were installed and our kitchen was completed in December, 2023. There were numerous problems with the cabinets, with many being damaged upon arrival. I have ordered the countertop Quartz in November 2021 from Cabinets to Go on and I still did not receive the item. I called the corporate office multiple times, emailed since February the store, the contactors, the corporate office. I have been waiting for 6 months (November 2 2021 to April 2022). I was informed they would would resolve the issue and would deliver the counter top for the island. I have had the worst experience at this location. It started in the beginning when the manager, Mark told me it would take 1 week to receive my cabinets. After a week, I called to check on them and they had not even been ordered. I proceeded to go the store and was told that my pantry was on back order until August 31 (mind you it was April 27 when I initially placed the order).
