Spoke with Henry initially on the phone. Then went to the store to place my order with him. He was great. Especially, by taking extra steps to process my order with my preferred payment method. Hello, on April 12, I visited the store and asked for a cabinet with quarts counter top. They showed me three colors or options for quartz. I selected the one and asked several times if I was going to receive quartz. They mentioned a specific date and it came a week later. It came all damaged and no quartz at all. I emailed and waited for an answer and I was ignored for a week. I called every day for more than one week and they could not solve the problem.
