I worked with Lynn and Marvin and they were phenomenal. They took their time with me and I was just interested in two cabinets, not a whole kitchen, for my church. They answered all my questions. I will be back if I ever need cabinets for any other purpose and will tell all my friends and family.
Genevieve in the Orlando location was amazing to work with! I am so excited for my new kitchen. Went to three other BOX stores and was very disappointed, until I saw the commercials for Cabinets to Go. Ms. Genie was wonderful as I changed my mind just a (couple) of times. Her patients, knowledge and expertise helped me with my final. Pricing,.... great Customer Service ...... Wonderful and Timing for delivery cant be beat.
Marvin walked me through everything, didn’t push or rush, and it was a seamless experience. I’d definitely recommend!
From the start communication was terrible. The subcontractor set a day to come that day arrived and they were not gonna tell me they couldn’t make it and I took off work and rearranged to be there. Than after work is done everything looked great but my cabinet fell right off the wall due to them not putting it in studs . This could’ve been a very dangerous situation if any living being was under it when falling. Unfortunately a good amount of my new dishes broke and minor dings to the bottom of my fridge.
