We originally had a great visit a year ago, which is why we returned ready to purchase a bathroom vanity. Unfortunately, the customer service this time by the manager Richard was extremely disappointing. Richard was abrupt, unhelpful, and made the interaction feel like we were inconveniencing him. We expected to review and finalize our order, but had to ask just to see a printed quote before leaving, which made my husband and I frustrated.
