If I could give 0 stars I would. My wife and I are remodeling our kitchen, and our first stop was Cabinets-to-Go in Saint Peters. It started off good. Trista found the cabinets, and countertop that she liked which was then ordered by the salesman Alex. We were given the 40% off promotion with 0% financing for 12 months. In order to get the 40% off I was required to apply for and use a credit card through Cabinets-to-Go. I am utterly disgusted by the incompetence and lack of accountability displayed by this company. From the get-go, they messed up measurements, delivered the wrong sink, and caused a four-month delay in completing a simple project that should have taken a week. And now, to add insult to injury, they have the audacity to demand $300 from me for their own monumental mistakes. Customer service? Non-existent. Communication? Pathetic. Professionalism? I’ve been a General contractor for over 20 years. All I ordered was a 3’x7’ island and I even sketched Aaron, the sales/designer in Kent, an example. After multiple emails and phone calls back and forth with Aaron, I finally got an estimate six weeks later. I let Aaron know it’s probably the worst response time that I have ever seen on an estimate for such a simple order of cabinets. STAY AWAY - this place is a joke. I had a simple wall of cabinets to be installed. They had my money and my kitchen torn apart for 3 months as they continued to make mistake after mistake. At the end, I had to hire a cabinet installer to finish the job because they refused to come out and they would not answer my calls. Customer Service is even worse. Bare with me as this is an annoyingly long story. I bought a kitchens worth of cabinets and designed the layout with Jaden. He was wonderful to work with. I received them and realized that there was a mistake in the design compared to my measurements that I missed so I had two unopened cabinets to return. I spoke to Megan- the manager and found out there would be a restocking fee due to needing to ship them back to the warehouse. We ordered cabinets in June. We were initially told we would receive them by July/August. Then we got a message in August saying they would not arrive until September. When we hadn't received them by September 15th, I called as was told we should have them by the end of the month. I called again October 1st, was told the cabinets were sent back because of the quality (no one called us to tell us this) and we would now not receive them until November. Definitely a HORRIBLE experience. I was informed that the things I was purchasing were in stock and would take no longer than 2 weeks. I made the purchase in February 2022 and fast forward to June 2022, I JUST finally received most of the things, BUT after a couple of weeks of getting the door installed on my Lazy Suzy, it broken off this week.
