I’ve been a General contractor for over 20 years. All I ordered was a 3’x7’ island and I even sketched Aaron, the sales/designer in Kent, an example. After multiple emails and phone calls back and forth with Aaron, I finally got an estimate six weeks later. I let Aaron know it’s probably the worst response time that I have ever seen on an estimate for such a simple order of cabinets. Kent, Wa has the worst customer service. Once they make the sell they don’t follow up, return emails or phone calls. Thought contacting the manager Michael would help, but he flat out doesn’t care either. Did finally speak to the regional manager which hooked me up with customer care Brittney which was very helpful. Was sent the wrong door, which another door was ordered but still never came in. !Please read as this store might have cheated you out of money! I understand that this is a long review but it might save you money. My experience with this store has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I am currently going through a complete remodel of my house (flooring, cabinets, countertop and all).
