Love the cabinets and colors. Tried for 3 weeks to get anyone to help us with our new kitchen remodel. First lady quit. Nobody told us. Got another sales rep. Can't get an email reply or phone call. Not sure what your people are working on, but I'll take my money somewhere else. Really disappointed ☹️
Don't waste time going to this place. While they have custom cabinetry, they obviously don't want to sell it and W. Russell Hawkins is the worse "Kitchen Design Specialist" on the planet. I needed two matching bathroom vanities of different sizes for a home renovation. I found a style that I liked right away. W. If I could give negative stars I would. I’m going on over a month without my kitchen in working order. I will start with my custom built island. One of the back panels is cracked. One of my doors were supposed to have a glass panel. I never received the glass panel. Two of the doors are a different shade. I had to file a claim and they sent two new replacement doors. I entered the st Peters, mo store. There were two employees i could see. Neither acknowledged I was there. One employee was helping a family at her desk. There was a woman who had been waiting an hour past her appt time and she left. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The second employee who wasn’t busy could have greeted me or answered my question. So very sad
Cabinets to go in Kearny NJ did a superb job on my kitchen cabinets. Dave. and the whole staff were kind, friendly, helpful. The quality of the cabinets exceeded my expectations. I hope to have them install more cabinets in the future. I would recommend them to anyone. Sherri Boseski
Kent, Wa has the worst customer service. Once they make the sell they don’t follow up, return emails or phone calls. Thought contacting the manager Michael would help, but he flat out doesn’t care either. Did finally speak to the regional manager which hooked me up with customer care Brittney which was very helpful. Was sent the wrong door, which another door was ordered but still never came in. The prices were great, and everything went smoothly until they stopped. Once things started going wrong and issues arose I started getting ignored, and I had to call the customer care line to get any type of answer. I will NEVER suggest the Norfolk location EVER. I’m actually still waiting on a refund for a sink the manager never even realize didn’t come in. Now I’m being shorted 100$ with no explanation and she refuses to answer our calls or call us back. Even emailed and still no response.
