Over priced
This company exemplifies poor customer service. Their contractors are incompetent and unethical. I would rate it subzero if available. I have spent lots of hours and efforts trying to resolve installation and defective products. Project started first week of September 2024, and the issue are still unresolved. I left numerous messages with customer service. All gone unanswered. Lots of measuring mistakes causing delays in finishing the project. Installed pantry cabinet crooked and blamed the floor. We just finished a complete kitchen remodel and used "Cabinets to Go," (SLC location) exclusively for our cabinet needs. I didn't know about this company, and instead priced cabinets everywhere, but all other places, which had good cabinets, were just too expensive for my tight budget. I was driving by Costco on 3rd West, and luckily saw a "Cabinets to Go" sign, and stopped in. Boy! Am I glad I did, and that I did not check the reviews before purchasing our cabinets. Always lied to us. We have had nothing but problem after problem. Also never received a call back from corporate. Go somewhere else.
