We worked with Bill in the sales office. Once we paid for our cabinets he was not helpful with our issues and blew us off. The vanity was installed with several defects in the drawers- as if we wouldn't notice. It took 6 weeks before being replaced, mostly because the installer wasn't scheduling us in. Screws left in the garage under where I park my car, luckily I missed them. Holes were drilled uneven where the plumbing comes in. Not a good experience. We went to cabinets to go as a family member used them years ago and were very pleased. We have had many hiccups along the way and spent a good amount of time and money designing our dream kitchen with Tommi. She is very kind and helpful However attention to detail would not be a description for our experience with her. We did dark shaker cabinets on the lower and white on the top. She sent us the wrong color panel around fridge and different color kick plates, some that don’t match anything and now upper cabinet doors are a... read more

Sales woman on the showroom floor was entirely too aggressive. Hovering and pushing info about products we already said we weren’t interested in. Even when we told her we would like to just look and we would let her know if we had any questions. Won’t be back. Don’t recommend unless you like overly rehearsed pitches and being shuffled from display to display. We were there to look at color and finish combinations and said so explicitly.
