Buyer beware!!! Worst experience ever. They don't stand by their word or service. Supposed to only take at most a month not 3 going on 4. Save yourself aggravation, time and money and go to another supplier. I ordered 18 cabinets from them using their recommended design. Their disigned for the cabinets size and placement was wrong, they didn't want to fix it, they lied repeatedly, they ordered replacement parts incorrectly, it has been 90 days and still waiting, they don't return calls or communicate updates or status. Requested a catalog to be mailed through the website but then received SIXTEEN phone calls and four text messages in the span of 24 hours. I did respond to one of the text telling them that their 'customer service' was somewhat aggressive and asked that they stopped trying to reach me but that fell upon deaf ears. I finally had to block their number.
Andrew was very helpful in multiple situations. We can't wait for the cabinets to get here.
