Buyer beware!!! Worst experience ever. They don't stand by their word or service. Supposed to only take at most a month not 3 going on 4. Save yourself aggravation, time and money and go to another supplier. I ordered 18 cabinets from them using their recommended design. Their disigned for the cabinets size and placement was wrong, they didn't want to fix it, they lied repeatedly, they ordered replacement parts incorrectly, it has been 90 days and still waiting, they don't return calls or communicate updates or status. We have been dealing with this location for a few years now. We have a beautiful set of cabinets and an island in our kitchen that we purchased from them and had them install. We were very proud to show them to off to our friends and family. They did an excellent and awesome job right up to the finish and it was worth every moment of the wait. Janet was fabulous! I was very indecisive, and she was very patient with me. Would highly recommend. Love the 3D print out and designs and the extra cookwares that i got for free that matches my kitchen! Ask for Janet
Good quality cabinets, great help designing and getting dimensions right based on the dimensions I gave them. Delivery driver was great also.
Can't review their actual product because we never got out of the initial consultation phase. Their communication was atrocious and we ultimately parted ways when the in home consultant never showed up for our confirmed appointment. He was happy to place the blame on everyone, including the store manager, without taking responsibility. Never tried to find a way to make things right so we could continue with our kitchen project.
