We ordered cabinets in June. We were initially told we would receive them by July/August. Then we got a message in August saying they would not arrive until September. When we hadn't received them by September 15th, I called as was told we should have them by the end of the month. I called again October 1st, was told the cabinets were sent back because of the quality (no one called us to tell us this) and we would now not receive them until November. Don't waste time going to this place. While they have custom cabinetry, they obviously don't want to sell it and W. Russell Hawkins is the worse "Kitchen Design Specialist" on the planet. I needed two matching bathroom vanities of different sizes for a home renovation. I found a style that I liked right away. W. Russell Hawkins was very slow to follow up with the initial estimate, and never did - even after several attempts on my part - follow up on some requested upgrades.
