took our 50% deposit, won't return calls, text or emails, out of business!
We did business with this place 2 yrs ago and the owner was great but, apparently he got himself in over his head. We went in and ordered the last set of cabinets we wanted, in mid June and we're told it would be about 3 weeks. 3 weeks came and went and attempts to contact him went un-answwred. I drove to the store and found that he had packed up and left with our, and others, money ($900.00) and no product!
Paul did the countertops in our house, and they look incredible! He came out and took measurements, and then my wife and I got to go look at samples in his show room. He had a good selection of granite and quartz and was very knowledgeable on the pros and cons of each. He even told us the design trends he's seeing with customers which was very interesting. Coeur d'Alene Countertops did a wonderful job not only installing our countertops but helping me pick what I liked the best and communicating with us over the holiday when things were slow going. They suggested and installed a window ledge from the same slab I didn't even think about. And I was impressed with the way they aligned the veining along the seam, so it looks seamless: top notch professionals.
Very happy with our new kitchen. Definitely recommend the upper tier choices. Done in a short amount of time!
