Great experience working with Cabinets by Sun Ray for a kitchen remodel as a result of an insurance claim due to winter 2023-24 record snowfall. The customer service is excellent. Their staff communicated with their client, managed expectations, and ensured a quality job with craftsmanship and attention to detail while creating a wonderful design from conception to implementation.

Got screamed at for parking in their lot 30 mins before they opened when I just got back from the coffee shop next door. A man on a motorcycle threatened to tow us when their is no signage on their lot about reserved parking. If this is how they treat random people I wonder how they treat their customers.
We knew we wanted to work with Cabinets by Sun Ray even before meeting Jason and Katy because we wanted to support a veteran owned local business. During the planning stages they were very open about what choices would be worth the money and which ones would not. I was thankful that they didn't let us make a bad decision out of ignorance, we were given useful information to make the best choices based on their experience and their feedback from customers. Cabinets by Sun Ray was the 6th business we went to looking for cabinets. From the moment we walked through the door, it was obvious that our project were important to them. Jason, Katy and Dennis were wonderful to work with. The cabinets far exceeded our expectations. As they were finishing the kitchen cabinets we were ready to hire them to replace the rest of the cabinets in our house.
