We built a brand new home, they had everything in but trim did not match. Tried to blame it on us and contractor, caused deadline delay, went back and forth on solving problem. Finally had it fixed. cabinets will not close properly or slam shut when we paid for soft close. Overall not a good experience. Frustrated customer service without taking accountability for own actions.
