Every time I visit this store, the customer service is the best. I had the opportunity to have Lisa Berry help me and she by far exceeded my expectations. I get overwhelmed easily, as there are so many selections to choose from. She helped me pick out everything for my master bathroom renovation. Recently Lisa helped me select flooring, explaining the differences in the LVT brands/looks and helping narrow down the large selection of carpet choices. This place is simply amazing. Robin was the person that told us all about the flooring. She was extremely knowledgeable and did not make us feel like we were imposing upon her like some sales people in Home Depot or Lowes do. She left us to browse on our own and once we picked out the flooring, we worked with Roger Harms. He was also extremely knowledgeable and very professional.
