I just had a full bar built and installed by CBD. Delivered on time and very good quality/ price. My new go to company for my Lifestyle Remodeling Company.
Employees are not knowledgeable and their cabinets are cheaply constructed. Explanations are vague and options are not explained or offered. They wait until it's complete to say "you didn't ask for xyz." Would not recommend. There seems to be no management or ownership on site and Kristin didn't have the proper training/knowledge to work with new construction clients. I wish my builder had read these reviews before spec'ing this company.
My contractor insisted on using Cabinetry By Design despite us wanting to use a different company. I wish we would have stuck to our convictions. CBD was terrible in every phase. We spent thousands with a design company to ensure the plans we provided to the subcontractors were very detailed and accurate. CBD took those plans and made their shop drawings.
