Very good experience overall. The sales and customer service team was responsive and easy to work with. Communication was friendly, helpful, and timely throughout the process, and any questions I had were answered quickly. My order shipped as expected, arrived quickly, and was packaged well. Everything showed up in good condition and exactly as described. I would definitely buy from them again and would recommend them to others.
I ordered three sheets of laminate and a roll of edge banding. There was an issue with UPS delivering the edge banding it was returned. No one will return my emails or request for follow up. It’s been two weeks and now it seems I’m out $150 and still no edge banding. My job is now being delayed. I will happily update my review if this gets sorted.
My order was wrong, packaging was terrible so product was damaged, communication was non existent. I sent several emails with pictures asking for someone to contact me. Finally got a reply from there help desk saying that the sheets are oversized by 1" in case the ends a damaged in shipping. My sheet had several 3" x 6" chunks out of it. This is the worst company I have ever worked with for product damage. Oh yeah and there is no phone number all communication is through email so it takes days to resolve a problem.
Order is weeks late. Phone number and online chat do not work. No one answers emails. A joke.
Joke of a company. DO NOT USE. My order has been “ready to ship” for over 6 weeks. They don’t answer email inquiries and their phone number does not work. This company is basically either a scam or run by extremely incompetent people.
