I first called on August 15th & I was advised to email. I emailed on August 15th. After hearing nothing back I emailed on August 20th. I then called again On August 28th and I was told my email would be looked at. I called again on September 5th - same as previous call. Another follow up email on Sep 12th. Nothing back. I would caution people from using them. Very difficult to deal with this company. Not just that they were slow to respond and rude, but the installation was piece-meal, worked one day and then off for 5, then back for 2 etc... which is frustrating when you're living in a construction zone. If they were more organized it wouldn't have been that way. Some of the issues were covid related. Used Cabinetlab for a custom home in Toronto. Very high quality workmanship. Although it took a long time to deal with the deficiencies, they always came back to sort things out for me without complaint. Cherry has incredible design skills and cleaned up a huge mess from my interior designer. Although it was expensive I am happy with the quality in the end. Thanks guys.
