The installers are 5 stars, The sales gets the 1 star. Eddie has every excuse for delays and has a nasty habit of leaving out details that will cost you more money on top of the original quote! He never mentioned that they don’t reinstall microwave oven until it is already off the wall and on the floor. Eddie wanted an extra $150.00 more to put it back up.
