The office was easy to find and the staff is amazing. The check in process was easy and the receptionists were very friendly and knowledgeable. I saw Dr Kandel, who has a wonderful bedside manor, listened to everything I was reporting to him, he took time to explain in detail his plan going forward for my procedure. I was scheduled promptly, and was very surprised how fast I would be scheduled. Good experience. Easy to get into. Staff was friendly and worked with our insurance. Really like the physician. Had no concerns or complaints. Over all a good experience and would recommend.
