We have hired Can Do More several times with the latest being a full house renovation involving painting, carpet and hardwood flooring, cabinet refinishing, bathroom countertops, lighting, plumbing etc. Chad, Russ and the whole team were a pleasure to deal with. The project was on time and on budget and the quality of the work was excellent. Can Do More stands by their work and made sure that every deficiency was corrected. I highly recommend Can Do More for not just painting but entire home renovations.
The multi page proposal is just the beginning.! Often calculated by client provided pictures as apposed to a thorough on site assessment. Extra charges accumulate due this and other procedural failures. As if that’s not bad enough each and every extra charge comes with an additional management fee. Making one feel like it’s an inconvenience and the client is somehow at fault if this company’s management has to deal with the project after the original insufficient estimate, which includes a substantial management fee.
