Bill Thornburg was very friendly and easy to work with - he was helpful and offered good suggestions on how things could be accomplished. However, he often took shortcuts to get things done quicker, and when things went wrong, he would try to hide it instead of bringing it up with us. An example: When things didn't hold in place correctly, he would start putting randoms screws & nails (quite ugly & very visible) to try to get it to stay in place.
