The Operations chief, Deb, listened to me and my concerns, fears, and questions, with tons of empathy. She made me feel more calm in a difficult moment. My gastroscopy went smoothly and perfectly. I was very upset when I arrived, but the treatment and empathy of Dr Reimer and nurses calmed me down. The doctor seems to know perfectly what he is doing and you can tell the experience! I woke up and the procedure was over. No pain, no discomfort at all. Thank you Dr Reimer, Deb and cabinet! I totally recommend this service
Dr Reimer est vraiment un médecin calme et à l’écoute, il explique bien durant la procédure, je le recommande Le personnel aussi a été très courtois
I had an excellent experience here. Dr. Reimer got me in quickly, and talked me through the entire procedure as it went along. He and Deborah also addressed follow-up questions in detail. I would absolutely choose this clinic for further private care.
