Graham and Tricia were extremely responsive with our questions and concerns at every step along the way, from design to installation, to punchlist at the end. The price point of Cabinet IQ was more reasonable than competitors and we feel that we received excellent service and products. Tricia & Graham were willing to look at the job as a whole and answer all questions we had, even when it was outside of cabinets. They were patient with coming up with a plan that worked for us. We are so pleased with the result!
Tricia was fantastic, very quick to respond to all inquiries and multiple options to choose from. They were able to get our vanity delivered right on time with only 24 hour notice. Graham was extremely helpful coming out multiple times when our contractor was coming later than anticipated. He was also able to fix a drawer alignment which was slightly loose and not level. I would highly recommend cabinet IQ of Raleigh to anyone looking for custom cabinets.
I would recommend Cabinet IQ of Raleigh. Everything for my kitchen delivered in half the lead time. Even though I have a busy work schedule and travel, Graham kept continual contact with me with scheduling and updates. He was concerned that the work was done right and that I was satisfied even making several stops by my property to inspect the process. I will be calling on them when i upgrade my master bath.
