get a new stone partner. stone concepts is a joke. dave is a total tool. and cabinet factory did baiscally nothing to help out my problem. i had to practically beg for them to deliver it after already coming down to pick up my vanity top 3 times. i live 50 mins away. the third time they messed it up and then tried to blame the mistake on me. so now we have a vanity top that sinks are to far apart so in order for them to mount them they cut the sinks smaller. the guy called me thier guinea pig because it was the first time th... read more

Even with the restrictions of Covid-19 we made things work, did video calls around the showroom, and made changes to our floor plans to get everything we wanted AND stay in budget! Fantastic! Not enough great things to say about all the help I received. Without Ahleeya my dreams would not have become a reality. She was able to layout the space, help me to refine my needs, design goals and objectives as well as help with suggestions for color & materials.🏅
I have gone in to this place 3 times and NEVER had anyone come up to help me. I was ready to buy new cabinets for my bathroom. We had them picked out but since no one was there to help I purchased somewhere else. Then I trie again for my kitchen and again no one helped. You never have anyone in there and yet you can’t help the customers that do come in. Horrible!

I am very sorry to hear of the service you received, I will be sure this is addressed in our next meeting. I do not understand how we could justify this in 3 trips. In an effort to improve I have one question was no one at the front desk? and no one came to ask if you needed help.
We purchased the cabinets for our kitchenette/bar area in our basement from here. My husband used to build custom cabinets so he was not willing to just settle to stay with in budget. We found this place & will definitely be returning when we redo our kitchen. We get compliments all the time & the price couldn’t be touched by anywhere else.
