We received very poor customer service from Sam and the owner. They refused to correct a mistake they made with our crown molding costing us over $2500. I would hesitate to trust them if you are considering doing a kitchen design as they don't understand the most basic design principles. It is simply not worth the risk. Please look at their reviews as most of the high rated reviews are made up profiles with one or only a handful of reviews. Buyer beware.
