Quality cabinets. Terrible customer service. They promised me a specific product and delivered something different, smaller and inadequate. When I called them, they knew they sold me something different than what was in their showroom (which is what I was promised). When I asked how this could be resolved they asked if the cabinet had been installed. Since my contractor had installed the cabinet already, they said there was nothing they could do. Still waiting for cabinet era to send me a technician to my home to help evaluate a cabinet that was installed crooked. After spending $37k on cabinets not impressed with the lack of customer service. It’s pathetic I’m going to have to look to hire a company to come fix what should be a rather simple and straightforward process!
We worked with Oz and Cabinet Era on new cabinets and counter tops. He was patient, timely, and extremely detail oriented from start to finish. Oz listened to everything we were looking to do, then helped us to generate drawings, and made helpful suggestions on design, function, and overall layout.
