Robert and his team were excellent to work with. Their custom cabinet doors are beautiful and look great before and after installation. Customer service was outstanding during the estimation, time of building the doors and the installation. The installation crew was great to work with and insured I was pleased along the install process. He and his installers made it easy to refurbish rather than purchase all the cabinets saving us thousands. Thank you Robert and the Cabinet Door Store crew.
Robert and his crew resurfaced all cabinets in our entire house, to include kitchen, bathrooms, and utility. Until you open them, you would never know that they've been resurfaced versus new cabinets. Robert communicated well and was quick to respond to any questions we had. All cabinets were skillfully installed in a timely fashion and his crew was accommodating in every aspect, including cleaning up at the end of each day on the job. Thank you, Robert and crew!
Had him make four custom shutters and I told him I needed rails for them. He agreed to make them picked up doors, rail was not included. We are talking about 4 pieces 1/2 x3/4 with finish, which he charged me 150.00 Now says that he does not make the rails. I have no paperwork indicating anything but he charge me an additional $150 for them beware.
Beware this company will make cabins doors with no suggestions of how they should be made. In other words, I had made tall cabinet doors and in a week they worped, I called and asked why did they warp, they said you should have not been made that tall without center support. I asked why didnt you put a center support, they said you didn't ask for one. If you want cheap stain grade they will sell you MDF board doors.
