Ordered my Cabinets, Quartz Counter tops, backsplash tiles from Cabinet Connect which is part of East Coast Granites in Charlotte. Alex Fridman who’s a sales and Design Consultant helped us in design, put the orders build our Kitchen, Bar Area and Laundry. As a GC with 30 years experience renovating hundreds of homes, Cabinet Connect has dishonest business practices and bait and switch tactics. On multiple jobs there were issues including overcharging for cabinets and worst of which was waiting 4 months for half the client’s kitchen which they claimed initially was in stock. Avoid this business
No need to go to the custom cabinet shop for cabinets which I have always done in the past. Dawn Andruzzi designed the perfect kitchen for a space that was very challenging. Not only did she do the layout but they sell, assemble, and install the cabinets. They have a good selection of countertop material which they fabricate and install too. Their prices are extremely fair and the service is excellent. We couldn't be happier with the end result.
Cabinet Connect of Charlotte which is affiliated with East Coast Granite. I brought my cabinets in 2021 with a 5 year warranty. Had I known I was going to encounter such terrible and unprofessional customer service when calling for service/repairs within my 5 year warranty period I would have never spent the amount of money I did. This is the second time in 4 years that I have used Cabinet Connect for my cabinet needs. All departments of Cabinet Connect are THE BEST! Brian was excellent at coming out and creating/designing and measuring. The installers were absolutely TOP NOTCH! Their workmanship is incomparable! Dawn was GREAT to work with...very prompt and professional. Cabinet Connect's prices were SO much more affordable than the big box store's prices and the quality is unbeatable. I'll never get cabinets from anywhere else!
