I purchased a new house and the builder had used Cabinet Concepts for the kitchen and bathrooms. The very large kitchen counters had a couple of large defects. The builder had Jon from Cabinet Concepts come to the house to see and he agreed. He said he would get a factory rep to come and look and then they would get them replaced. That was the last I ever heard from him. I left numerous messages but could never talk to anyone and nobody ever returned my calls. I would NEVER do business with these people.
