Do not use these people! Went from having a late ship date to oh they are a week behind to NOTHING! Literally no ship date date for our cabinets! Probably couldn’t even get our money back since they don’t respond hardly at all! Our builder is incredibly pissed but as livid as we are since losing our house to a fire and now these guys can’t get their heads out of their arse! Find someone else steer clear of ordering from these people!

I needed an 18” deep vanity cabinet for a tight space and had resolved I would have to buy something close and customize it myself until I encountered the cabinet authority website. I was thrilled I could order exactly what I wanted and even add drawers. It was easy to ask questions to get the details correct and the assembly was simple as well. Not being a cabinet guy, I spoke with their customer service to make sure I'd get exactly what I needed. I wanted a stand alone wall cabinet to mount and use for storage. Instead, I received a cabinet with unfinished sides and no top. They didn't answer their phone when I called, but finally responded to email, saying I got what I ordered - a useless cabinet.
