Very poor customer communication to resolve an issue. Over the course of 1 month 5 attempts failed to receive a response. Finally a response came that was unprofessional and petty. As a business professional who works with the public you expect a business to communicate promptly, with integrity and logically. Unfortunately, none of this happened, so I do not recommend CabinCareWNC.
