So very disappointed. I had high hopes for Chris Bauer’s services. He definitely oversold himself. The estimate for cleaning up the yard and making a seating area (at his suggestion) was high and the final payment was way over the estimate. When I asked why, he became very testy, called me a micromanager, and suggested I act like the owner of the team and let him, the coach, have free rein.
