Brian at Cabin Hill Maytag in Murrysville makes buying appliances enjoyable! He knows the products he is selling. We recently move here and have purchased a washer/dryer, fridge, stove and microwave. The experience was all good from the moment we walked in the store till the great delivery team arrived at our home. If you need a little adjustment to get your appliances to fit he has a great guy to do that too. We would highly recommend this store. Thank you Cabin Hill for helping us to get settled in our new home!
Would rather give no stars but was not an option. Had service call this am & was told freezer side f side by side unit not repairable. Call lasted less than 15 minutes and I was charged $104.94 for NOTHING. Was offered $30 off new purchase from their store, WooHoo! Won't be calling them again or referring them to any friends or family. I feel very poor customer service for hometown business..No wonder Lowe's is putting everyone out of business. Good Luck in the future, I think you will need it.
bought a new washer & Dryer 3000 series maytag the dryer THUMPS SO LOUD IT WILL KEEP YOU UP AT NIGHT ! This dryer thumped the day it was delivered, they came out and ground the seam that didn't work next they replaced the drum that did not work, when people are over and the dryer is running they ask what is that noise " THAT'S ARE NEW DRYER THEY ASK WHY DOES IT THUMP SO LOUD !!!!!!! Everything in kitchen and laundry is top of the line of Maytag or other affiliates, these people know what they're doing and handle it responsibility I highly recommend their service.
