Top notch service from start to finish! My wife and I recently visited Bruckner’s Diesel Repair in Big Cabin, Oklahoma, for some maintenance work and a leveling jack replacement. The team gave our coach a thorough inspection and discovered an air dryer that had been damaged by road debris. They also changed the oil, performed a full service, and torqued everything underneath the coach. I have a new VNL860 (Trucking Proz company truck) and the technology on these new trucks are amazing (until they break lol). Everyone here from Regina, James, JJ , my shuttle (to Tulsa) driver and the Technician were all amazing and VERY helpful. The fact they would shuttle me to my rental at Bruckner's in Tulsa was awesome (considering how most shops are nowadays). Thank you for making the entire process seamless. I cannot say enough good things about Bruckner’s in Big Cabin. The diesel in my motorcoach needed a difficult repair. My local diesel shop didn’t know how to do it and sat on it for a month. Finally, they quoted me an estimate that was outrageous, probably because they didn’t want to do the work. James at Bruckner’s told me they knew how to do the repair and quoted me a price that was less than half my local shops price.
