We were going thru the motions of buying a modular home and ended up going a different direction. However, that in no way had anything to do with the customer service we received while working with Cabin Creek. Kim went above and beyond to help me price out the different options, brainstormed different ideas with me to get the ball rolling and was truly so great to work with. The new owners are doing a fantastic job with this place! A lot of care to details and getting you the house that you want, and price drops on some of their new models!
Larry was an absolute disappointment. He gave my parents such a hard time. He didn’t make sure things were getting done, some of his contracted folks were terrible and he just made excuses for them. He lost all sense of customer satisfaction and service when he got all of his money. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.
Cabin Creek Homes have been nothing but AWESOME!! We ordered our new Bonnavilla Home with them and they have been with us every step of the process. We are now only a couple months away from getting our new home delivered and setup. We have been Working directly with HOLLY she is absolutely wonderful to work with!! I would strongly encourage anyone who wants a great home buying experience to contact Cabin Creek Homes!!
