Came in for my annual state inspection. They got me in on time, finished quickly, and didn't try to upsell me on anything. Friendly staff and an easy experience. Glad to have a family-owned shop like this in the area. I'd definitely come back.
Bubba was great! I was having a strange, sticking issue with the front brake on my Jeep. I stopped by at 5pm on a Friday and Bubba was closing shop. He stopped what he was doing and said he would work on it tomorrow. I was in a panic and explained that I had a birthday brunch to attend at the river that next day. Bubba had my Jeep fixed the next day in time for me to get to the party. Thanks Bubba!
I've been coming here for a few years, since I moved into the neighborhood. Both of my pickups and my wife's car. Never had any problems. But I show up today and meet the owner, who happened to be walking out then, and he immediately rejects me. Won't even look at the truck I'm in for inspection or hear about my other truck.
